Quality Policies

The Laboratory of Integral Quality provides reliable services and analyses fulfilling its client's requirements, backed by a quality management system based on ISO/IEC 17025 regulations, committed to best laboratory practices and continuous improvement, seeking to obtain its clients satisfaction.

 

 

 

 

 

Quality Objectives

1. To achieve a technical and administrative organizational structure, striving for continuous improvement, and to ensure the management system’s performance.
2. To guarantee the allocation of the budget resources, to comply with the Quality Regulations and Objectives.
3. To improve the technical skills of the staff, favouring continuous participation in certification activities, training and updating in subjects of their area of specialization, and to insure quality maintenance.
4. To periodically assess the client’s degree of satisfaction.

 

Credentials
The Laboratory of Integral Quality was a pioneer in laboratory services in El Salvador, obtaining credentials for its technical competences in 1999.

Since, the National Council on Science and Technology  (CONACYT for its Spanish acronym), the highest accrediting authority in the country, has conferred the renovation of the credentials under the ISO/IEC 17025 regulations (“General Requirements for the Competence of Testing and Calibration Laboratories”) to LCI, making it responsible for twelve microbiological analyses, four in waters and eight in food, as well as five physio-chemical analyses in water.
