What We Do

The Investment Promotion and Export Diversification Program, PRIDEX, emerges from the need to promote national and international investment in an effort to dynamize the country’s productive sectors.
 
PRIDEX systematically promotes investment by improving people’s perceptions of El Salvador. The program has a high degree of credibility in addition to national and international recognition and has a staff of professionals who complement their expertise with visits from international experts.
 
PRIDEX has a specialized unit in international marketing, which promotes foreign investment in the country through its database, work systems, foreign contacts and experience.

Through PRIDEX, FUSADES has contributed to the establishment of duty-free zones and the industrial ceiling in El Salvador. In its more than 20 years of existence, PRIDEX has promoted the creation of 60,000 jobs, the generation of approximately US$300 million in capital and more than US$126 million in investments.

Currently, PRIDEX is developing new investment projects in strategic sectors that have a high impact in creating employment and capital, which will contribute to the country's economic and social development.
